We also offer employees the option to purchase additional insurance for additional term-life for the employee, dependent-life insurance, cancer coverage, additional short-term, and long-term disability.
We believe that employees should have the opportunity to save for their retirement. We have implemented a Safe Harbor 401(K) Plan, which provides basic savings benefits and additional savings opportunities for all employees. Employees are eligible to participate after 1-year of service, participation beginning at the start of the next quarter.
